INDULGE IN GUA SHA FACIAL THERAPY. Gua Sha, meaning “to rake sand,” is an ancient Chinese technique that’s older than acupuncture. It manipulates the muscles and fascia using crystal mediums.  Gua Sha techniques focus on clearing toxins, circulation, lymphatic drainage, releasing muscle tension, smoothing out deep and fine lines, as well as breaking up hyperpigmentation.
